The Dance of the Three Inner Worlds:
Superconscious, Subconscious, and Conscious in Harmony
Once upon a time, there was a young man named Luca. Every morning, he woke up early and gazed at the sky at dawn, his heart filled with a quiet restlessness. He wondered: “Who am I really? Where do I come from, and where am I going?” These were not just questions, but a deep longing, a call to reach beyond what he knew.
One day, as he wandered through the forest, he found a small spring. The water was so clear and still that it reflected every leaf and every ray of sunlight, like a magical mirror. Luca sat by the edge, mesmerized, and looked at his reflection. What he saw was not just his face or his body, but a subtler light, a vibrant energy that seemed to exist beyond the visible. It was as if his eyes had passed through the surface of the water to gaze into himself. In that mirror, Luca realized that several worlds moved within him: one he knew well, one hidden in the shadows, and a third, vaster one waiting to be discovered, an infinite potential calling him. From that moment, Luca felt that his true journey had just begun.
The Three Levels of Being:
The Conscious, the active observer
The conscious mind is like the helmsman of our inner ship. It’s the part of us that thinks, decides, reflects, the one that lives within the illusion of linear time: past, present, and future. It’s the young Luca sitting by the water, observing himself, asking questions, and seeking answers. It’s our rational and analytical aspect.
As the wise Joe Dispenza reminds us, “If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself and reinvent a new self.” This truth resonates deeply, because if our conscious mind keeps using the same maps and following the same routes, it remains trapped in what it already knows. It will keep circling, desiring a new horizon but never daring to change direction. The conscious mind can guide us, yes but only if it is willing to open itself to new possibilities.
The Subconscious , the invisible director
Beneath the surface of our awareness lies a hidden kingdom, like the roots of a great tree:
the subconscious. It is the realm of memories, emotions, beliefs, and all those inner programs that influence our actions without us realizing it. They shape about 95% of the reality we experience.Imagine Luca looking at his reflection: he sees the surface of the water but cannot perceive the unseen currents that stir the depths. Those currents shape his perceptions and reactions.
Joe Dispenza tells us: “Meditation is a way to move beyond your analytical mind so you can access your subconscious mind. That’s crucial, because the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.”
Change, therefore, does not come only from thinking differently, but from feeling differently, from reprogramming ourselves at a deeper level.
He also says: “When you think from your past memories, you can only create past experiences… you continually reaffirm your life as you know it.” As long as we are guided only by the conscious mind, drawing from the reservoir of the past, we risk recreating the same patterns again and again. It’s like a record that keeps playing the same song, attracting, through resonance, the same situations, until we finally decide to change the tune.
The Superconscious, the divine mind
Beyond all this exists a vaster realm: the Superconscious, or Higher Self. It is the part of us connected to the universal intelligence, the infinite source of creation, the divine essence of who we truly are. Picture Luca sitting silently by the spring: suddenly, he no longer observes just his reflection or the hidden currents, he feels a deeper call, a whisper from his soul. The water becomes a shimmering portal toward something immense.
Joe Dispenza teaches us: “The quantum field responds not to what we want; it responds to who we are being.” It’s not desire alone that attracts a new reality, but our state of being. Becoming the frequency of what we wish to experience, that is the true art of transformation.
And he adds: “To be free, unlimited, creative, divine… that is who you are. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; this is who you really are.” The superconscious is not an abstract concept, but our purest essence, our unlimited potential waiting to be fully embodied.
The Harmony of the Three Levels
Imagine these three spheres of the mind as a dance.
The conscious mind is the captain of the ship, setting the course.
The subconscious is the submerged engine, powerful yet silent, often running on old programs.
The superconscious is the North Star, the light guiding us toward our true essence.
If the captain doesn’t communicate with the engine, the ship moves, yes, but follows old currents. Yet when the captain lifts his gaze to the star, when he connects to the guidance of the Higher Self, he can redefine his path, and the engine realigns to this new direction.
“A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom.”
When we bring awareness to the subconscious, when we can observe our wounds without reliving them, pain transforms into wisdom. And when we open to the superconscious, the conscious mind stops fighting and begins to flow, guided by a higher intelligence.
From Knowledge to Experience
Day after day, Luca returned to the spring. He breathed slowly, placed his attention in his heart, and imagined light rising from the depths of the water toward the sky. He felt his heartbeat, the flow, the peace. He understood he was no longer just the reflection, he was the wave, the vibration of life itself.
He whispered words of gratitude, let silence embrace him, and little by little, the world around him began to change: synchronicities, sudden insights, a lightness he had never known. He had started being different before any visible change appeared and life, naturally, began to dance with him.
In Conclusion
The conscious mind is the doorway; the subconscious is the ground we walk upon; the superconscious is the sky we rise toward. When these three align, life ceases to be a struggle,
it becomes flow, harmony, a living symphony.
By dancing with these inner worlds, we become not just spectators but conscious creators of our reality. As Dispenza reminds us: “The quantum field responds not to what we want, but to who we are being.”
Sit quietly now. Breathe. Feel which level of your being is most alive in you at this moment… and ask yourself: Who do I want to be? Not what do I want to have, but who do I want to become.
And perhaps, like Luca, you will discover that the clear water before you reflects an infinite sky.
Let’s discover the gifts of clear water together and dance joyfully with life
