Stanchezza cronica ed emotiva: quando l’energia vitale è intrappolata nel passato
You sleep, but you don’t feel rested. You move through your day as if you were carrying invisible weights. Doctors say everything is fine, yet you feel something draining you from within. An exhaustion with no logical explanation that follows you everywhere.
Your vital energy is real and measurable. When large amounts of it remain anchored in unresolved memories, trauma, or energetic ties from the past, the present receives only crumbs. Releasing those memories means turning the current back on and returning to life fully.
I deeply understand you. The fatigue you feel is not laziness. It’s not a lack of willpower.
It’s your body speaking a language that very few people know how to listen to.
I truly want to help you understand what is really happening, with the support of those who have dedicated their lives to studying these mechanisms.
Bruce Lipton, cellular biologist and author of “The Biology of Belief”, revolutionized our understanding of the body when he wrote:
“Our cells are not controlled by genes, but by the environment, and the primary environment of our cells is our blood, whose chemical composition is determined by our thoughts and emotions.”

What does this mean for you?
It means that if you are constantly living in an emotional state of stress, fear, or unprocessed pain, your cells receive chemical signals that put them into defense mode. And defense mode consumes an enormous amount of energy. Every single day. Even when you are not aware of it.
Lipton adds something even more important:
“The subconscious mind operates about a million times faster than the conscious mind and controls 95% of our lives.”
This is why you can do everything “right”, sleep eight hours, eat well, exercise and still feel exhausted. Because the program draining your energy is running in the background, invisible to your conscious mind.
Gregg Braden, scientist and author of “The Divine Matrix”, takes this understanding even deeper:
“We are made of energy. And the energy of the heart is the language that speaks to the reality around us.”
Through years of research, Braden has shown that the human heart generates an electromagnetic field that extends several meters around the body. And this field is directly influenced by the emotions we feel.
When you carry heavy, unresolved emotions within you, pain, anger, guilt, fear, your energetic field is affected. It contracts. It becomes heavier.
Braden also writes:
“The emotions we choose to feel determine the quality of our lives and the energy available to us.”
The key word here is “choose”: but how can you choose if those emotions are trapped in the subconscious?
This is where subconscious reprogramming comes into play.

When we transmute emotional memories from the subconscious, something precious happens: the energy that was trapped in keeping the past alive becomes available for the present. This is not magic, it’s physics. It’s biology.
It is your deepest nature finally able to breathe.
Think of your energy as a river. If along its path there are dams built years ago, painful memories, trauma, limiting beliefs, the water no longer flows freely. It stagnates. It accumulates. And downstream, where you are today, only a trickle arrives.
Subconscious reprogramming gently removes those dams, without judgment. It doesn’t force anything. It simply restores the river to its natural flow.
The fatigue you feel is not a sentence. It’s a message.
It’s your body telling you: “I have carried these weights for too long. Help me let them go.”
And the beauty is: you can begin to live differently.
You are not tired of living. You are tired of surviving. And there is a profound difference between the two.
If you feel these words resonate with something within you, trust that feeling.
It is the wisest part of you recognizing the truth.
I am here, listening to you with an open heart, without any judgment, and together we have the chance to help you live in serenity.
