How to Heal Abandonment Wounds and Finally Feel at Home Within Yourself

liberarsi dalle memorie

Have you ever felt lonely even when surrounded by people? Have you experienced an unexplained emptiness, as if something was always missing? Or perhaps you’ve noticed yourself unconsciously pushing people away just when a relationship starts becoming deeper and more meaningful?

These feelings may be the echo of an old emotional wound: the wound of abandonment.

Abandonment wounds don’t always originate from obvious traumatic events.
They can develop from seemingly small childhood experiences—a parent who was emotionally unavailable, moments when you didn’t feel truly seen, heard, or valued, or situations that left you believing you simply weren’t enough.

As Lise Bourbeau explains in her book Heal Your Wounds and Find Your True Self:

“A person suffering from the wound of abandonment never feels emotionally nourished enough. They find it difficult to be alone and constantly seek attention and emotional support from others.”

These emotional imprints become stored in the subconscious mind. Without realizing it, they begin to shape our beliefs, influence our decisions, and affect the way we experience relationships.

The good news is that this story can be rewritten.

The subconscious mind is like a computer hard drive that stores outdated programs. Through subconscious reprogramming, we can access these deeply rooted emotional memories, acknowledge them with compassion, and transform them.
The goal isn’t to erase the past, but to release the emotional energy that has remained trapped within it.

During our subconscious reprogramming sessions, we work together to:

  • Identify the deeper roots of abandonment wounds.
  • Release emotional and energetic blocks.
  • Transform limiting beliefs into empowering, life-supporting beliefs.
  • Reconnect you with your authentic self and your innate sense of worth.

As this inner healing unfolds, something beautiful begins to happen.

That feeling of emptiness slowly gives way to a deep sense of inner peace and emotional security. You discover that home is not a place, nor is it another person. Home is who you truly are.

You begin to feel whole, even when you’re alone. Your relationships become healthier and more authentic because you’re no longer looking to others for what you have learned to give yourself.

The fear of being abandoned gradually fades because you’ve finally stopped abandoning yourself.

This is the deepest transformation of all: no longer searching outside yourself for what has always lived within you.

If you feel that this is the right time to heal your abandonment wounds and reconnect with the home that has always existed in your heart, I warmly invite you to explore my healing sessions.

My Subconscious Reprogramming path provides a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and guided as you reconnect with the brightest, most authentic version of yourself.

I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
