Unexplainable anxiety: when the body rmembers what the mind has forgotten
You wake up with a tight chest and you don’t know why. There’s no logical reason, yet your body is screaming, your throat clenches, you struggle to breathe. You live in a constant state of alert as if an invisible danger were following you everywhere.
Your body is holding emotional memories that the mind has buried.
You don’t need to analyze them: you need to harmonize their frequency. When the memory harmonizes and loses its negative emotional charge, anxiety fades away little by little.
Anxiety without an apparent cause is the most destabilizing kind. Because you can’t fight something you can’t see. You can’t reason with something that doesn’t live in reason.
Joe Dispenza in “You Are the Placebo” explains it with a clarity that takes your breath away: “Your body is your unconscious mind. And it doesn’t know the difference between an experience that produces an emotion and an emotion that you fabricate by thought alone.” This means that every time your body reactivates a memory of danger, for your nervous system that danger is happening right now. Not yesterday. Not twenty years ago. Right now.
Dispenza highlights that by the age of 35, 95% of our behaviors are governed by subconscious programs. Your body has literally become addicted to the chemical cocktail of stress, cortisol, adrenaline and reproduces it every day out of biological habit, not out of real necessity. You’re living in survival mode even when you’re safe on your couch.

That’s why willpower alone isn’t enough. You’re trying to change a subconscious program that creates 95% of your reality with the 5% of your conscious mind. It’s an enormous waste of vital energy.
Coherence between heart and brain creates an internal state in which the body experiences safety at a cellular level. Not as a concept, as a lived frequency. The heart generates an electromagnetic field up to 1,000 times more powerful than the brain’s: when you enter coherence, your entire system receives a new signal.
A signal of peace, rest and regeneration.
Subconscious reprogramming through the magnetic portal of the heart reaches into the folds where these memories are stored and transforms their signal, their emotional charge.
Remote energy transmissions reach the exact point where the knot was formed, even while you sleep, even thousands of miles away, because the energetic field knows no spatial or temporal boundaries.

Anxiety is not your enemy. It is the messenger of something that is asking to be finally heard, held and released. As Dispenza writes: when you stop chemically reliving the past, your entire being finally receives permission to heal itself.
You are freeing your body from a time in which it has remained trapped.
If you feel these words speak to you, trust that recognition. It is already the first step.
