Remembering the creative power that lives within us.

Hello everyone! Here I wish to open my heart and share with you the treasure of years of study, passion, personal and professional experiences. A fascinating journey into the world of the science of consciousness.
Relax, we will use simple words: the kind that goes straight to the heart!

You know, it is incredible how modern science is finally confirming what our ancestors, with their millennia-old wisdom, have always known: consciousness is not something small and limited. It is a vast, universal field, an ocean of possibilities, that can guide us far beyond what we perceive with our five senses, helping us awaken to our true nature.

As I write these pages, my intention is that you may truly find inspiration to reconnect with that creative spark dwelling within each of us. Because when that power rises from the depths of the Heart, it transforms into a wonderful force: peaceful, compassionate, and eager to collaborate, placing itself in service of life and the evolution of our marvelous planet.

I hope this journey will delight you as much as it delights me!

Enjoy the readings!
With sweetness and gratitude,
Teresa Origlia Romeo

  • We live in a world that teaches us to look outside ourselves for answers.  We focus on external circumstances, other people’s judgments, and apparent limitations. In the meantime, we forget something extraordinary: within each of us lies a luminous key, capable of opening the doors to our destiny. This key is our true power, yet…

  • There are moments in life when you may feel deeply alone. Even when you are surrounded by people, you may experience an inner sense of emptiness and distance, as if no one could truly see or understand you. Perhaps you have wondered why certain experiences came into your life. Why certain people left, why you…

  • Have you ever felt lonely even when surrounded by people? Have you experienced an unexplained emptiness, as if something was always missing? Or perhaps you’ve noticed yourself unconsciously pushing people away just when a relationship starts becoming deeper and more meaningful? These feelings may be the echo of an old emotional wound: the wound of…

  • Have you ever felt alone, even when surrounded by people? That feeling of disconnection that characterizes our times is real: we live immersed in technology, yet something within us longs for a deeper, more authentic connection. We have forgotten that we are part of an invisible network that connects us to one another and to…

  • How many times have you felt alone, even in the middle of a crowd? That feeling of being different, of not truly belonging anywhere, of walking a spiritual path that no one around you seems to understand. It is the pain of separation, the illusion of being isolated on our evolutionary journey. The truth is…

  • How many times do we cling to situations, people, or memories that no longer belong to us? We hold tightly to past pain, shattered expectations, and words left unspoken. The burden becomes unbearable, yet we continue to carry it, convinced that letting go means losing something precious. But what if we discovered that it is…

  • We live in an age of disconnection. The mind races endlessly between thoughts of the past and worries about the future, while the heart whispers unheard. We have forgotten the subtle language of existence, that invisible current that moves the stars and awakens seeds into life. We resist the natural flow of life, building dams…

  • We live in a world where words flow incessantly. We discuss, we explain, we try to make ourselves understood and to understand others. Yet, despite all this communication, many people continue to feel lonely, unheard, and disconnected. It is as if something essential gets lost between the thoughts, definitions, and interpretations of the mind. When…

  • Has it ever happened to you that, despite all your rational efforts, you always find yourself back at the same point?  You are not doing anything wrong. Your subconscious is simply following programs installed a long time ago, when you were small and vulnerable. And the most frustrating part? You are not even aware of…

  • You repeat affirmations. You visualize every day. You write lists of desires. Yet you feel something is missing. Those dreams stay there, suspended in the mind, never truly yours. You think about them, but you don’t feel them. And the body remains contracted, stomach closed, breath shallow. As if a part of you doesn’t really…
