The Children of the New Generation and Their Mission

    Bambini

There is a vibrant, almost tangible energy in the air we breathe today. An energy that goes beyond climate change or technological revolutions: something deeper, touching the very heart of our human evolution.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting many people and some stories have touched me more deeply than others. They are the stories of parents who, with love and a hint of concern, observe their children and feel that there is something different about them.

These children, born in our times, seem to carry an ancient wisdom, a heightened sensitivity and a way of perceiving the world that doesn’t fit within traditional frameworks.

This difference is not negative, far from it. It’s a spark, a depth, a soulful awareness that eludes the categories our society tries to impose. And yes, sometimes that difference can be frightening

to parents and even, unconsciously, to the children themselves, who sense that they don’t “fit” into the existing molds.

I’ve seen parents feel alone, confused, sometimes even guilty, not knowing how to support these old souls in young bodies. Their children seemed to see the world through different eyes, with an expanded sense of reality, deeper emotional needs and sensitivities that made them misunderstood by peers and adults alike.

They would ask themselves: “What’s wrong? Am I doing something wrong?”

The truth is: there’s nothing wrong with them, or their children. What’s happening is the rise of a new wave of consciousness, and these children are often its pioneers. They are a blessing, here with a mission and we, as guides, are called to support them.

The Challenge of “Difference” in a Conformist Society

Many of these children are labeled: ADHD, hypersensitive, intuitive, indigo, crystal, rainbow, gifted… Terms that try to define what the rational mind struggles to grasp.

What I often see in parents is an inner struggle. To love one’s child unconditionally comes naturally, but to fully embrace and support their uniqueness in a world that prizes conformity, efficiency and linear thinking that is a monumental challenge.

Schools, doctors, and even extended families often project expectations that these children cannot (or do not wish to) meet. And then fear creeps in: fear that they won’t fit in, that they’ll suffer, that they won’t find their place in this world.

Many parents look desperately for answers, or ways to “fix” their children, without realizing there is nothing that needs fixing.

These children often display deep empathy, a strong sensitivity to the energies of others and their environment, a sharp intuition and sometimes a knowing that transcends logical explanation.

They are natural artists, dreamers and deep thinkers, carrying within them a wisdom far beyond their years. But our rigid educational systems and societal norms can seem harsh to such delicate yet powerful souls.

I remember a mother telling me how her seven-year-old daughter would spend hours gazing at the clouds, speaking of “messages” she received from the sky, or a boy who, without any formal study, demonstrated a remarkable understanding of spiritual topics.

Such stories defy conventional logic and invite us to open our minds to new possibilities.

These are extraordinary children who simply need to be understood, supported, and above all  loved for who they truly are.

When difference is seen as a gift, fear turns into wonder.

A Shift in Paradigm: The Perspective of Dolores Cannon

It’s in these moments of exchange that I often recall the pioneering work of Dolores Cannon.

Through her hypnotic regressions, Dolores explored the nature of the soul, reincarnation and the evolution of consciousness, offering a perspective that sheds light on the path of these families.

She spoke of the “Three Waves of Volunteers”, souls who chose to incarnate on Earth during this pivotal time to help humanity raise its vibration and transition toward a “New Earth.”

“The Earth is going through a great transformation. It is evolving, moving to a higher level of vibration and consciousness,” Dolores said. “And many of you are here to help the Earth in this process.”

These “different” children are often part of those waves : advanced souls who carry energetic codes and higher awareness.

They are not here to adapt to the old world, but to guide us toward the new, through love and consciousness rather than fear.

    Recognizing and Nurturing the Gift

If our children are here with such a vast mission, our role as parents is not to shape them into old molds, but to help them bloom in their authenticity.

That means listening deeply, observing without judgment, and creating an environment that nourishes their sensitivity and unique talents.

It also means educating ourselves, questioning our own limiting beliefs about what is “normal” or “right.”

    Dolores Cannon often said:

“Many of these Volunteers have difficulty adjusting to the density of Earth and the systems we live in, but they are here to bring Light.”

This may show up as overwhelming empathy, connection to the unseen world, sensitivity to energy fields, or an intelligence that doesn’t fit academic standards. Instead of viewing these traits as “problems,” we can recognize them as signs, inner compasses guiding them toward their purpose.

In my experience, when parents embrace difference, families transform.

One parent learns to meditate with their child, creating sacred space at home, another encourages creative expression, seeing “messiness” as divine flow.

It’s inspiring, these children teach us how to live authentically, how to reconnect with nature and with one another in deeper ways.

Their mission is to elevate collective consciousness and lay the foundation for a society built on empathy and collaboration, not competition.

The Role of Group Energy Transmissions in the Ascension Process

Their message extends beyond the family circle. These children are silent teachers, urging us to awaken, to see beyond the veil of ordinary perception. They call us to evolve with them.

My work with group energy transmissions has shown me the incredible power of collective consciousness.

When we gather with the shared intention to raise our vibration and connect through unconditional love, we not only benefit individually, we contribute to a wave of energy that expands, touching all beings and every corner of the planet.

It is a process of collective love, where every spark of awareness strengthens the global energy field.

These children are a vital part of that process. Their presence, their frequency, acts as a catalyst for transformation.

When parents stop seeing their children as “problems to solve” and begin to recognize them as guides and innovators, they open the door to a higher understanding of themselves and the world.

A Universal Message of Hope and Connection

Dear parents, know that you are not alone. The confusion and fear you feel are natural in the face of the unknown. And yet, within this “difference” lies immense beauty, infinite potential.

Your children are here to weave a new tapestry for humanity, one made of compassion, intuition, and authenticity.

Welcome them. Listen to them. Most importantly, trust their path.

Their mission is also ours: to learn to love unconditionally, to accept every facet of being and to dance with evolution. Each time a parent chooses love over fear, understanding over judgment, they contribute to the ascension process Dolores Cannon spoke of.

Each time we open ourselves to the new energies these children bring, we strengthen our connection to the New Earth that is emerging.

And if this message resonates with you, I invite you to explore the power of connection and collective intention. Together, through awareness and love, we can create an energetic field that supports these magnificent children and accelerates emotional and spiritual healing for all.

Their mission is a powerful reminder that we are all part of something much greater.
Together, we can co-create the world they came to inspire.

Join the collective energy transmissions: together  we elevate the planetary vibration.

May the light within you illuminate your path, for your children and for us all.

  • Hypersensitivity

    Hypersensitivity

    Ipersensibilità

Once upon a time, there was a young man named David, whose feelings danced to the rhythm of the world.

Yet it wasn’t truly his own emotions that moved, but those of everyone he met.
Every tear shed by a stranger was a cold wave tightening around his chest; every laugh of a friend  an explosion of sunlight in his heart.
David was a living echo of the emotions of others and it drained him.

One day, overwhelmed by this symphony of feelings, he decided to seek refuge.

He climbed the tallest mountain he knew, hoping its lonely peak might offer him peace.
There, battered by the wind against his face, he cried out:
“Why do I feel everything so deeply? Why can’t I be like everyone else?”

The wind, whispering with an ancient voice that seemed to pass through the peaks, replied:

“David, you feel so deeply because the world needs you. You are its ear, its heart, its skin.

You are a bridge between souls. But there is one lesson you must learn, young David: do not hold on to pain, let it pass through you. Become as transparent as the air that carries me and you will see that the world will not consume you, but illuminate you.”

The wind’s words echoed within him, changing him forever.

From that day on, David stopped building walls around his heart.

He began to breathe with the Earth, to feel without fear, to be fully present in every emotion:

his own and others’ without judgment.

As he opened himself, the world began to reveal a gentleness and beauty he had never noticed before.

His empathy was no longer a burden, but a gift, a lens through which he could see the profound interconnectedness of all living things.

David became a beacon of understanding, a living testimony to the strength and beauty of an open heart.

    The Call of Crystalline Hearts

In a time when the world’s noise seems ever louder, some souls move with quiet steps.
They are those who perceive the subtle currents beneath the surface of things, who sense both the hidden pain and the beauty that dwells between the words.

The hypersensitive are messengers of an ancient language: the language of interconnection.
They hold the gift of feeling life deeply, as if their skin were made of light instead of flesh.
But this openness, when misunderstood, can wound.

Many learn to close themselves off to stay safe, to dim their perception in order to fit in.
Yet what we perceive today as “too much” is, in truth, life itself calling out to be heard through us.

    From Vulnerability to Presence

Sensitivity is not fragility. It is a threshold.

Imagine there is a boundary, an invisible hedge, that makes us believe we are alone, each in our own little garden. Life, with its joys and challenges, convinces us that we are islands, separate from all else and yet, there is a secret “door.”

This door is not made of wood or metal, but of awareness, an inner click of awakening.
It’s as if a veil falls from our eyes and we realize that the garden was never separate at all.

When we cross that threshold, we enter a living field, where we discover that our roots are intertwined with those of every other trees.

The breath of the tree beside us is also our breath; the sap flowing through the soil nourishes us all.

We feel that another’s pain is an echo of our own, and someone’s joy resonates within us.

We are no longer alone, but part of a single, vast life pulsing through everything.

It is the moment we stop saying “I” and begin to feel “we.”

When we feel deeply, it is not only our pain that moves, but a part of the collective pain asking to be seen. Our body becomes a bridge. The heart is a receiver of consciousness.

In this way, the hypersensitive person is not a victim of others’ emotions, but a guardian of embodied awareness. Every emotion they pass through, every fear they feel, every vibration they perceive is a call to compassionate presence.

    The Intelligence of the Heart

There is wisdom that does not arise from thought, but from rhythm.

The heart is the first organ to form within us  and the last to cease its vibration.
It is the primordial heartbeat of our being, a point of contact between the visible and the invisible.

When a hypersensitive person learns to ground their awareness in the heart they discover that the world no longer overwhelms them, it flows through them in harmony.

The heart becomes the place where every emotion finds a home, the silent temple where experience turns into awareness.

It is not about protecting ourselves, but about opening with grounding, allowing what comes to flow through, without becoming it.

The heart, when coherent, does not absorb, it transmutes.

    The Service of Feeling

To be hypersensitive today is an act of service.
It means taking part in the awakening of humanity’s collective body.

Every time we deeply listen to an emotion, even if it’s not our own, we return a fragment of wholeness to life. Every time we breathe into pain and let it dissolve within the heart, the field around us brightens.

It is not an individual process, it is an act of communion.

We are cells of a single organism of consciousness and sensitivity is the way the whole becomes aware of itself.

    As Thomas Hübl teaches:
“Personal pain is the doorway through which collective consciousness asks to be healed.”

In this light, hypersensitive souls are those most attuned to the heartbeat of the world.
They are open channels through which universal intelligence remembers itself.

The Return to the Inner Child

Within each of us lives a child who still knows how to hear the song of the world.

It is that child who is moved by a sunset, who feels the tears of others without a single word.
That child is not a memory, it is the part of us that keeps alive the thread to the divine.

When we return to that child, sensitivity no longer frightens us.
It becomes the meeting place between the world and our heart.
It becomes care : the art of living.

The task of hypersensitive souls is not to adapt to a distracted world but to remind the world how to feel again.

For true collective evolution begins the moment a human heart, deeply touched, chooses to remain present.

In that silence, where everything vibrates, the inner child smiles, becoming like a ray of light finally finding its way home to the heart of the universe.

Let us become rays of light once more, together

  • The Power of Emotions

    The Power of Emotions

    Il Potere delle Emozioni

    The Power of Emotions

Rediscovering the Wisdom of the Heart

Imagine a special place within you , a secret refuge where every difficult feeling melts into a warm light. Every thought that spins in your mind finally finds calm, and all the little parts of you come together as one.

This place is your Heart’s Portal. It’s where your deepest, wisest and most intuitive part meets the clarity and strength of your mind. It’s like a small sun inside you,  a vibrant, intelligent field of energy. It knows how to communicate with your brain, with every single cell of your body, and even with the energy that surrounds you.

When you take a moment to listen to its rhythm, to reconnect with that heartbeat, it’s as if you open a door. The emotions that weigh you down can transform, painful memories can lose their power, and your energy, the life force that makes you feel alive ,begins to flow freely and harmoniously again. It’s a way of coming home to yourself.

There are moments in life when emotions seem to overwhelm us like sudden waves.
A gesture, a word, a memory  and suddenly your heart tightens, your mind races, your body stiffens.

But behind that invisible storm hides an extraordinary power: emotions are the language of the soul, the most authentic voice of our heart.

In a world that teaches us to think more than to feel, we are slowly rediscovering that true intelligence is born from the heart.

Recent studies from the HeartMath Institute confirm what spiritual traditions have always taught: the heart is a center of perception and wisdom that communicates with the brain, the cells, and the energetic field around us.

    Emotions: Energy in Motion

The word emotion comes from the Latin emovere : “to move outward.”

Every emotion is energy in motion, a vital flow inviting us to grow, understand, and transform.

When this energy flows harmoniously, we feel alive, present, and inspired.

But when it becomes blocked, due to trauma, fear, or ancient memories, it turns into tension, confusion, or inner disconnection.

In my professional experience, I often see how repressed emotions become crystallized memories in the subtle bodies, held within the heart and the subconscious.

Recognizing, listening to and lovingly transforming them is the first step to coming home, to our center.

Have you ever felt angry, afraid, or frustrated? HeartMath researchers discovered something amazing: in those moments, your heart goes a bit out of sync. It’s as if its beats become chaotic,

a true heart chaos, sending confused signals to your brain. It’s like having a radio full of static.

But here’s the beautiful part! When you feel positive and powerful emotions like love, compassion, or deep gratitude, a kind of magic happens: your heart begins to beat in a harmonious, ordered way. A real “heart–brain coherence” is created. It’s as if your mind, body and the energy around you start dancing together in perfect synchrony.
The heart is like a secret bridge, a true portal between the physical world and the subtle realm of energy and sensations that surrounds us. And the most wonderful thing is this: when we truly learn to listen to our heart, to feel its messages, it becomes our greatest ally, a wise guide always by our side, helping us heal emotional wounds and transform the memories that cause suffering.

    From Reaction to Coherence

We cannot avoid feeling emotions, but we can learn to choose how to live them.

We can react out of habit, feeding anger, fear,  guilt  or we can breathe, bring attention to the heart and let it guide us toward calm.

There are simple yet powerful tools to help us respond to life instead of reacting in survival mode.

Every day we choose, consciously or not, our emotional nourishment.
A diet made of resentment and judgment weighs us down, just like too much sugar or fat.
A “meal” of love, care, and gratitude, instead, regenerates our cells, opens our mind, and strengthens the nervous system. This is the secret of longevity: replacing reactivity with presence, fear with compassion, separation with unity.

    Transmuting Emotions, Rewriting Memories

Every emotion, even the hardest one, is a portal.

If we look at it with the heart, it leads us to a memory, a need, or a part of ourselves asking to be embraced.

And when we welcome it with love, that memory dissolves, life force flows again, and inner light expands.

In the end, the power of emotions lies not in controlling them, but in understanding them.

Each time you breathe into your heart and choose a more loving response, you are literally reprogramming your energetic field and subconscious memories.

Emotions are not enemies but messengers.

They don’t want to punish us, they want to remind us who we truly are: beings of light learning to vibrate in harmony with life.

The heart is the key. When we learn to listen to it, we discover that true transformation doesn’t come from effort but from loving coherence between emotion, thought, and soul.

Every emotion that moves through your body carries a message.
Behind anger, there may be a need for truth.
Behind fear, a desire for trust.
Behind sadness, a love asking to be remembered.

When you learn to listen to them from the heart, emotions cease to be storms, they become currents of inner healing.

An Invitation to Enter the Magnetic Heart’s Portal

    Every emotion is a threshold.

When you cross it with awareness, it transforms into light, understanding  and love that flows freely once again within you.

The Magnetic Heart’s Portal is a sacred energetic space, a field of reconnection where the heart once again becomes the center of your inner guidance.

Here, through transmissions of light and techniques for harmonizing emotional memories, you can release dense frequencies, free heavy energy, and awaken coherence between mind, soul, and spirit.

It’s a journey back home,  into your feeling, your truth, and the quiet strength of the love that you are.

Every emotion that arises is calling you home.
Listen to it, welcome it, let it become your teacher and when you feel the call, step into the Magnetic Heart’s Portal, a living field of energy where you can be guided by the silent wisdom of your feeling.

When the heart and mind unite in one rhythm, reality changes shape.
You are no longer a prisoner of old patterns or subconscious beliefs, you become the conscious creator of your experience.

In that sacred space of alignment, the heart becomes a true quantum portal, a magnet that attracts experiences, people, and synchronicities resonating with your purest frequency.

Emotional healing is no longer a mental process but an act of energetic love expanding from within toward everything around you.

“When the heart and mind vibrate in unison, the body becomes the placebo.”

From Impossibility to Freedom: Reharmonize the Frequencies of Your Memories

    Dear souls on the path,

Today we will embark on a fascinating journey deep within ourselves to discover something fundamental: the importance of memories and how they can shape our reality.

Often, we live with a sense of blockage, with limiting beliefs and we wonder why.

The answer may lie precisely in the frequencies of our memories.

Imagine your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual) as an orchestra.

Every cell, every thought, every emotion is an instrument playing a note.

When these notes are harmonious, your life is a symphony of peace and balance.

But what happens if some notes are out of tune, distorted?

Memories: Much More Than Simple Souvenirs

Memories are not just past events we recall with the mind. They are information encoded at a much deeper level, stored in every cell and every part of our energy field: vibrational imprints that preserve emotions, traumas, beliefs and perceptions. Every experience, every word spoken to us, every emotion felt leaves a trace. These traces vibrate at a certain frequency.

When we experience disappointments or negative events, the frequencies of these memories become distorted. These dissonant frequencies accumulate within our different bodies and, over time, can turn into limiting beliefs (“I don’t deserve love,” “I’m not good enough,” etc.) and inner blockages. This is how a past event continues to influence our present choices, preventing us from living peacefully and fulfilling our dreams.

It’s as if part of our orchestra starts playing out of tune, creating dissonance.

This energetic dissonance can manifest as emotional blocks, irrational fears, anxiety, stress,

or limiting beliefs. Do you recognize yourself in these feelings?

The Science of Consciousness and Epigenetics Lend a Hand

The good news is that science is beginning to confirm what spiritual traditions have known for a long time. The science of consciousness shows us how our thoughts and emotions are not just “things” in our head but have a concrete impact on our reality. We are much more than simple physical bodies; we are energetic beings with a powerful vibrational field.

Robert Edward Grant’s Codex Universalis Principia Mathematica suggests just this: Consciousness is a fundamental “field,” an energy that not only allows us to think and feel but also has the power to influence the world around us.

Imagine your mind as a radio. When you remember something or have a sudden intuition, it’s not just your brain “retrieving” information. It’s as if your mind were tuning in — just as you do with your favorite radio station — to a specific “frequency” within this field of consciousness.

Entering this “phase-lock tuning,” as it’s called, allows you to access information, almost as if you were downloading a file. The most fascinating part is that this tuning could be the key not only to remembering or intuiting but also to something greater: emotional self-healing and transformation. It’s as if, by tuning into the right frequency, you could influence your own body and reality, facilitating positive change. Isn’t that an incredible perspective?

The science of consciousness and epigenetics provide a valuable key to understanding this phenomenon. Epigenetics (literally meaning “beyond the genes”) has shown that our DNA is not a fixed destiny. Genes are “turned on” or “off” by the environment, not only the external environment but also the internal one we create with our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.

Epigenetics is a branch of biology that is revolutionizing our understanding of life. It teaches us that we are not victims of our genes. Our genes are like a musical score, but it is our environment and by environment we also mean our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions, that decides which part of the score will be played. Cell biologist Bruce Lipton, a pioneer in this field, states clearly: “It is not the gene that causes disease, but our perception of ourselves and the world.”

He also says: “Our beliefs control our biology and our destiny.”

In other words, if our subconscious continues to replay distorted memories, the body will respond as if the “trauma” was still present, activating chronic stress and weakening self-healing processes.

The good news is that just as blocks are created, they can also be transformed. When we bring awareness to those memories, when we recognize and harmonize them, the frequency returns to balance. This does not mean erasing the past but freeing it from the emotional charge that imprisons it.

A simple example: imagine a child repeatedly told by their parents, “You’re not good at drawing.” That phrase becomes a memory, a vibration that can turn into a limiting belief: “I’m not intelligent.” Even as an adult, whenever faced with a challenge, that frequency may reactivate, creating fear and self-sabotage.

When that memory is acknowledged, embraced, and transformed, the belief changes to:

“I am capable of learning; it is possible for me to evolve.”

In that moment, the blockage dissolves and opens space for new possibilities.

It’s as if our energy field were retuned to a higher melody, allowing us to live with more fluidity, authenticity and joy.

Ultimately, true freedom is not about forgetting what happened but transforming the frequency of our memories so they become resources, not chains.

    Memorie

    Your Power to Reharmonize

Awareness is the first step. Understanding that these distorted frequencies are at play gives us the possibility to change them. We are not condemned to live with “out-of-tune notes.”

The interaction between our memories, our beliefs, and genetic expression is a testimony to the profound interconnectedness of our being. By harnessing the power of consciousness and understanding the principles of epigenetics, we can reharmonize distorted frequencies, dissolve limiting beliefs, and unlock our potential for a balanced and fulfilling life.

We have the ability to retune our inner orchestra, release the memories that no longer serve us, and create new frequencies of peace, abundance, and joy.

As Bruce Lipton says, “Knowledge is power” and with this knowledge, we can become the creators of our destiny, shaping a reality that resonates with harmony and coherence.

The journey toward reharmonizing your memories is an act of love toward yourself, a fundamental step in living a more serene, balanced, and fulfilling life… and remember, you have the power to change them!

Let us dance together with an inspiring melody!

  • The Breath of Collective Consciousness: When We Are One

The Breath of Collective Consciousness: When We Are One

When the Heart Becomes a Wave: The Whisper of Collective Consciousness

The Breath of Collective Consciousness: When We Are One

Imagine this: have you ever felt that what you experience inside you, your joys, your pains, your intuitions, are not just “yours”? As if an invisible wave could ripple out from you, touching others, influencing them, even weaving together entire communities or perhaps the whole world.

Think about it: when you feel a knot in your stomach for a friend’s suffering, a squeeze in your chest from shared joy or that spark of excitement that links you to a crowd at a concert… that’s a taste of “collective consciousness.”

It’s like an invisible thread connecting us all, a living field that lights up whenever we feel empathy, awe or share a deep emotion. You can’t see it, but you can sense it. It’s a bit like the air we breathe: unseen, yet essential for life.

Collective consciousness is not just an abstract idea. It is a theory suggesting that our emotions, intentions, and perceptions can shape a shared field. In practice: what lives deeply within many hearts can generate a resonance that influences even those who are not present. It’s similar to hearing a melody: even if you don’t play an instrument, you can still feel the vibrations in your body. If many people “play” the same feeling, an energetic imprint emerges.

Over the years, many studies have explored collective consciousness and its impact on all of us.

The Global Consciousness Project 2.0: Listening to the Invisible

The GCP 2.0 is an experiment that began in 1998 to measure collective consciousness using physical instruments.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Numerous hardware random number generators (RNGs) are placed in different locations around the world. Normally, they produce statistically “neutral” sequences.
    • When major global events occur (ceremonies, shared emotional experiences, collective gatherings) researchers check whether significant deviations from neutrality appear.
    • If anomalies arise in sync with the event, the hypothesis is that this “collective emotional moment” influenced a system that should otherwise remain random.
In other words, a subtle signal is born when consciousnesses unite.

Thomas Hübl on Healing Distorted Memories

Thomas Hübl, an Austrian teacher, author, and mystic, works with the healing of collective trauma. His focus is on addressing both personal and collective wounds. He emphasizes the importance of not only dealing with individual trauma, but also with generational and cultural wounds, in order to create greater harmony and connection.

Hübl reminds us that we don’t just live our own personal stories, we are immersed in deeper memories that stretch across generations and cultures.

A quote of his that deeply resonates with me:

Repressed energy doesn’t disappear and denied energy cannot be destroyed.

It needs to move, to become, to transmute; it must find expression.

This is why unconscious material continually surfaces, seeking to be faced, detoxified, and clarified.

In short, unintegrated energies, distorted memories, and unacknowledged wounds do not vanish. They seek expression, continuing to influence behaviors, relationships, and the collective flow.
For Hübl, healing means meeting these energies with awareness, compassion, and integration.

When more hearts open together in this process, healing can ripple beyond the individual, softening rigid patterns in the collective consciousness.

David R. Hawkins and the “Map of Consciousness”

David R. Hawkins, a psychiatrist, mystic, and researcher, developed a unique system to measure levels of human awareness: the “Map of Consciousness.”

His work is based on the idea that every thought, emotion, and action carries a specific energetic frequency that can be measured.
The “Map of Consciousness” arranges these frequencies on a logarithmic scale from 1 to 1000.
The lowest levels correspond to states such as shame, fear, and anger, while the highest represent love, joy, peace, and enlightenment.

Hawkins believed that by elevating one’s level of consciousness, not only could we transform our own lives, but we could also positively influence the world.
This means that when consciousness rises, it is not only our thoughts that shift—it is how we see, how we feel: observation itself becomes an act of healing.

Practical Ways to Weave These Threads

    • Aligning the Personal with the Collective
When you work on a distorted memory within yourself, remember you are not only healing yourself—you are helping to free a shared imprint.
    • Consciously Joining Collective Practices
Energy transmissions, group meditations: these are moments where you can “tune in” to global resonance.
    • Resonance
Just like an orchestra: if one instrument is out of tune, the harmony suffers. But when many hearts open, when many consciousnesses rise, the entire “symphony” of collective energy can change.
    • Choosing Intention as a Tool
If our intention is harmony, love, and transformation, we can become “antennas” of that field.
    • Recognizing the Value of Presence
Even when no immediate tangible result can be seen, every inner act of clarity, every conscious choice, is a seed planted in the collective fabric.

    Conclusion

The Global Consciousness Project 2.0 provides concrete studies showing how collective consciousness can manifest.
Hübl reminds us that unspoken memories await recognition, while Hawkins shows us how elevating consciousness itself can reshape the fabric of the Whole.

When we learn to let our hearts resonate together, we are no longer isolated nodes but part of a living, harmonic web.
Then every gesture, intention, word, or conscious silence becomes an offering of care and evolution for the collective.

And you—are you ready to give your personal contribution to heal and expand collective consciousness for the greater good of us all?

Intuition: the gentle voice of the heart

Have you ever had the feeling that you already knew what to do, even before your mind had processed all the options? Perhaps you thought of someone and immediately afterwards they wrote to you. Or you felt, without knowing why, that a certain choice was the right one for you. This is the language of intuition.

We often think that intelligence is just reasoning and logic. In reality, there is a more subtle wisdom within us, which does not always pass through the mind but speaks through the heart, the body, and our feelings.

    What science says

In recent years, several studies have shown that the heart is not just a muscle that pumps blood. It has a very powerful electromagnetic field and communicates constantly with the brain. In practice, the heart sends signals that influence our emotions, thoughts, and even decisions.

When we are calm and breathe slowly, our heartbeat becomes more harmonious: this state is called coherence between the heart and the brain. It is precisely in those moments that intuition emerges more clearly, as if a direct channel to a deeper part of ourselves were opening up.

    Non-local Intuition

    Tre tipi di intuizione

Scientists at the HeartMath Institute distinguish between three forms of intuition:

    1. Instinctive – the kind that makes you immediately sense danger or prompts you to act quickly.
    2. Subconscious – born of experience: your brain instantly combines memories and knowledge you have already acquired.
    3. Non-local – the most mysterious: it is as if it draws on a larger field of information, beyond space and time. Some compare it to the “quantum field” of modern physics.

    Why listen to it?

Training your intuition does not mean abandoning logic. It means having two tools instead of one: your analytical mind and your inner wisdom. Together, they help you live more peacefully, choose what is truly in tune with you, and feel more connected to others.

    A small exercise

Want to try it? Here’s an easy way:

1 Close your eyes and focus your attention on your heart.

2 Breathe slowly, as if you were inhaling and exhaling directly from your chest area.

3 Recall a positive memory that warms your heart (a loved one, a happy moment).

4 Think about the question you have in mind and listen, without forcing yourself.

The answer may come as an image, a word, a sensation in the body, or simply a quiet certainty.

Intuition is like an inner compass that guides us toward what is right for us. It is not magic.

It is a natural ability that we all possess. And the more we learn to trust our hearts, the more life begins to flow in a simple and authentic way.

    This is just the beginning.

Intuition is a journey we can take together.
