Beyond the Comfort Zone: Reprogram Your Subconscious and Reveal Your Authentic Self

    What Is the Comfort Zone?

Many people desire to change their lives, yet remain trapped in the same emotional reality.
They know they deserve more, they feel they carry a greater potential, and yet something holds them back. It is not a lack of willpower. It is the set of memories, beliefs and invisible programs that continue to reproduce the past in the present at a subconscious level.
The comfort zone is not a physical place: it is an inner pattern, even when it generates suffering.
Staying there feels safe, but in truth it slowly dims our light.

How to Step Out of the Comfort Zone

Subconscious Reprogramming guides you beyond the familiar, transforming limiting memories and beliefs into emotions and thoughts that reconnect you to your inner personal power and reactivate your original frequency of unlimited potential.

Begin Your Inner Transformation Journey Now!

If you feel that the time has truly come to step out of your comfort zone, click here and let’s activate your inner power together!

Stepping out of your comfort zone does not mean forcing yourself to do something extreme.

Rather, it means interrupting the automatic repetition of thoughts and emotions that keep you anchored to a past version of yourself that creates discomfort.

The real quantum leap is internal: it is neurological, energetic, cellular.

In my Subconscious Reprogramming journey, I guide human beings through a process that is both gentle and powerful at the same time. Through the transformation of how subconscious memories and deeply rooted beliefs are perceived, we create together a new inner space.

A space where the nervous system is no longer dependent on familiar stress and learns to feel safe in expansion.

When we remain in the comfort zone, the brain continues selecting the same neural circuits.

The body becomes addicted to the same emotions.

Even if we desire love, abundance, or fulfillment, unconsciously we choose what is familiar,

     even when it creates suffering.

As Joe Dispenza writes in “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself ”

“To change is to think greater than your environment.”

To truly embody this, transformation at the subconscious level is essential.

The path I am facilitating focuses on transforming emotional imprints, limiting beliefs, and cellular memories that silently guide your choices.

It is a process of returning to your authentic frequency. It is an act of love toward your life.

Stepping out of your comfort zone then becomes natural and uplifting.

No longer an effort. No longer a struggle.

But a beautiful dance with your heart and the birth of a new authentic identity you are now embodying.

When you transform within, the outer world reorganizes itself  and life finally begins to reflect who you truly are.

Beyond Distance: Scientific Evidence on Group Energy Transmissions

    Oltre

Modern science is beginning to explore territories that, until a few years ago, were considered “metaphysical” or purely spiritual. One of the most fascinating frontiers concerns the interaction between human inner states – such as intention and emotional coherence – and measurable phenomena in the physical world.

Recently, a study published in the journal Explore, conducted by Dr. Joe Dispenza in collaboration with the HeartMath Institute, highlighted findings that challenge the traditional separation between mind and external reality.

The study, titled “Correlations between Onsite and Global Networks of Random Number Generators during Group Healing Meditations,” sought to answer a fundamental question: can a collective inner state influence physical measurements in globally distributed systems?

To investigate this, researchers monitored the activity of random number generators (RNGs) – devices designed to produce sequences of numbers without any apparent correlation – during group energy transmissions specifically aimed at creating a coherent and compassionate emotional and mental state.

    What the Study Found

During 15 collective meditation sessions held at retreats guided by Joe Dispenza, researchers observed:

    • The random number generators located at the meditation sites synchronized with a global network of other generators distributed around the world: the Global Consciousness Project 2.0. This synchronization is significant because the devices are designed to operate in a completely independent and random manner.
    • Correlations between the local and global devices emerged only during the group energy transmissions, and not at other times. This suggests that the group’s shared intention and emotional coherence may be linked to measurable effects beyond individual physical bodies.
    • The overall analysis of RNG response patterns – a kind of “collective evoked potential” – recorded signals similar to those the brain and heart produce when responding to stimuli, suggesting a dynamic interaction between the process of inner coherence and the external information field.
    • These findings indicate a significant correlation between deep inner states and distributed physical systems. This research approach opens new questions about how human consciousness may manifest on a broader scale than previously assumed.

    Group Energy Transmissions

This study has important implications for validating the effects of group energy transmissions.

Collective intention, emotional coherence, and the alignment of participants’ energy fields may generate energetic and informational effects at a distance.

Non-local effects and measurable correlations: if correlations can be observed even in “cold” physical systems such as random number generators during coherent inner states, we may consider that human energy fields are interconnected and measurably influenceable.

Reduction of space-time limits: global synchronization suggests that a relatively small and focused group can impact a global network. This concept shows us that energy may extend beyond space and time.

  • When the Sun Awakens the Soul

When the Sun Awakens the Soul

    Sole

In recent years, we have been witnessing intense solar activity: eruptions, geomagnetic storms, and radiation peaks that are drawing the attention not only of science, but also of those who work with consciousness and subtle energies. None of this is accidental.

The Sun is not merely a star; it is a portal of information, a transmitter of codes that constantly communicates with the Earth and with our energetic fields.

In the process of Earth’s ascension, solar activity acts as a powerful catalyst.
Solar frequencies are accelerating the vibrational rise of the planet, urging every living being to confront what is no longer in resonance with the new frequencies of consciousness.

As Stefan Burns, geophysicist, researcher, and communicator in the field of multidimensional consciousness, emphasizes:
“Solar storms do not only influence the Earth’s magnetic field, but directly interact with the subtle bodies of human beings, prompting a deep realignment between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.”

This realignment can sometimes feel uncomfortable.

Awakening Symptoms and the Activation of the Subtle Bodies

Many people are experiencing sudden fatigue, emotional fluctuations, feelings of disorientation, sleep disturbances and the resurfacing of old memories or inner wounds.

From an energetic perspective, these phenomena are not signs of “malfunction,” but rather signs of an upgrade.

    According to Stefan Burns,

“When solar frequencies increase, the emotional body becomes the first filter of integration: whatever has not yet been fully processed rises to be seen, welcomed, and transcended.”

The mental body, in turn, may respond with confusion or resistance, while the spiritual body expands, reminding the soul of its origin and its purpose.

This is the very heart of the spiritual awakening currently unfolding: not a sudden enlightenment, but a gradual process of unveiling. Layer by layer, old inner structures dissolve to make space for a broader consciousness, one that is coherent and aligned with the heart.

The Role of Group Energy Transmissions in the Ascension Process

In such an intense context, group energy work becomes a fundamental tool for integration.
Energy transmissions act as a field of support and harmonization, helping the nervous system, subtle bodies, and subconscious to sustain higher frequencies without overload. As Stefan Burns also reminds us,“Collective consciousness amplifies the potential for self-healing: when multiple energetic fields synchronize in a state of coherence, self-healing information becomes accessible at much deeper levels.”

During group energy transmissions, cosmic energy is welcomed and integrated in a gentle and progressive way.

Memories of separation, loneliness, and not belonging, so common among starseeds, indigo adults, empaths, and lightworkers, finally find a safe space to be released.

This is not about “doing” something rather about allowing.

Allowing the body to remember how to inhabit the new frequency.

Allowing the heart to feel at home on the Earth that is being born.

    An Invitation from the Soul

If you feel that the intense cosmic activity is stirring something within you…

If you sense the call to let go of old versions of yourself…

If you wish to move through this period of transformation with greater support, clarity, and grounding…

I invite you to join the group energy transmissions

  • The Lantern in the Fog

    The Lantern in the Fog

    Lanterna

Anne’s feet were tired and her breath was short as she walked through a grayness that seemed to have no end. In her hands, she held an unlit lantern, cold like the emptiness she felt inside after so many goodbyes, so many “no’s” spoken with difficulty, and too many swallowed silences.

At a certain point, quite simply, she couldn’t go on anymore. She stopped in the middle of the fog, feeling small and lost, with the desire to sit down on the ground and let herself go.

Suddenly, she felt the metal of the lantern beneath her fingers. With a slow gesture, almost like a caress to herself, she wiped the dust from the glass.

When she lit that small flame, the light immediately illuminated her shoes and the small patch of ground just in front of her. She smiled softly and took the first step.

She didn’t know where she would arrive, and yet she knew she could keep walking.

When Confusion Becomes an Evolutionary Passage

Many of us go through similar periods: moments when inner confusion seems to cloud everything, even what once felt clear. In these passages, we haven’t lost our light. We’ve simply forgotten it.

Inner confusion is not a mistake, nor a failure. It is often a sign that an old version of ourselves is making space for something more authentic. It’s like a room being reorganized: for a while, everything looks chaotic, but each object is moving toward a new order.

For sensitive, empathic, intuitive people, this phase can be particularly intense.

A sense of disorientation, of not belonging, of deep fatigue can arise.

The mind looks for answers while the heart asks to be heard.

Rediscovering your light does not mean “going back to how you were,” but allowing a new version of yourself truer and more aligned to emerge.

Listening to the Heart Beyond the Noise of the Mind

In times of confusion, the mind tends to want to control, understand, and categorize.

Light is not found through effort. It is found through presence.

Listening to the heart means slowing down, creating space and connecting with what moves beneath the surface: unprocessed emotions, memories, subconscious beliefs, stagnant energies asking to be seen and harmonized.

Sometimes confusion arises precisely from memories that no longer belong to us yet continue to influence us. Recognizing and transforming them is an act of self-love.

It is like removing veils one by one, without haste, with gentleness.

Light Does Not Need to Be Created : It Needs to Be Remembered

There is a fundamental truth: your light is not something you need to build or earn.

It is already there. It is your essence.

When you begin to remember this, something inside relaxes. You no longer have to fight to “fix” yourself,

you can simply come home, within yourself.

One Step at a Time, in Your Truth

As in the story of the lantern, you don’t need to see the entire path; it’s enough to illuminate the next step. Every act of listening, every conscious breath, every heart-led choice rekindles a little more of that light.

If you are in a period of inner confusion, know that you are crossing a threshold, and on the other side there is a version of you that is more aligned, freer, and more true.

    A Heartfelt Invitation

If you feel the call to rediscover your light with a gentle and personalized support, I invite you to book an individual energy transmission session with me.

It is a sacred space of reconnection, release, and harmonization, created to help you listen to your heart and remember who you truly are.

  • 2026: When Intention Is Born from the Heart Life Responds

2026: When Intention Is Born from the Heart Life Responds

    2026

There was a time when Grace experienced the first moments of the new year with a kind of performance anxiety. At the stroke of midnight, while the outside world exploded in toasts and noise, she would shut herself in a room with a blank sheet of paper and a pen, ready to write her usual “shopping list” for the soul.

She wrote frantically: lose weight, learn a language, be more productive, stop procrastinating.

They were orders she gave herself, small contracts filled with “I must” and “I should.”

And yet, inevitably, by March that sheet of paper ended up buried under bills or forgotten at the bottom of a drawer, leaving her with nothing but a vague sense of failure.

One year, however, something was different. There was no rush for the pen.

She sat on the couch, in the dark, letting the noise of the celebrations fade into a distant echo.

She closed her eyes and placed the palm of her hand on her chest, right over her heart.

She breathed slowly and deeply. She wasn’t searching for goals; she was searching for herself.

She stayed there, listening to that steady heartbeat, an ancient rhythm that asked for nothing except to be felt.

In that silence, stripped of all the expectations that society and ,she herself, had sewn onto her.

She didn’t feel the need to change, but rather the need to blossom.

She didn’t write a list. She took the sheet of paper and etched a single sentence onto it short, vibrant, almost a whisper on the page: LISTEN TO AND FOLLOW YOUR HEART.

It wasn’t a goal to reach; it was a direction to inhabit.

That year, there were no superhuman efforts or rigid plans. Simply, every time she had to make a choice, she remembered that sentence. And, almost without noticing, her life began to change color, moving toward a serenity she hadn’t planned and that, at last, truly matched her.

A New Energetic Beginning for 2026: A Year 1, the Start of a New Cycle

The year 2026 carries a numerological sum of 1, a symbol of beginnings, seeds, and the birth of a new energetic cycle.

The energy of the number 1 invites us to start again from ourselves, to consciously choose who we want to be and which frequencies we wish to embody.

This new beginning does not ask for frantic action or forced decisions. It asks for inner clarity, alignment and above all, coherence of the heart.
Because every true change is born first as a vibrational state and only later as concrete action.

The Power of Intention and the Science of the Heart

Intention is not a vague wish.It is a clear energetic direction, sustained by presence and emotion.

As Lynne McTaggart, a pioneer in the study of the intention field, states:

“A focused and coherent intention is a force that interacts with the energy field around us.”

In her research, McTaggart has shown that intention, when clear and supported by the heart, can influence matter, the body, and relationships.
The fundamental element is emotional coherence.

The heart is not only a physical organ. It is a true magnetic portal, capable of generating a powerful electromagnetic field that is in constant dialogue with the quantum field.

When mind and heart are in dissonance, intention loses its strength.
When the heart leads, energy flows.

    McTaggart herself emphasizes:

“It’s not what we want that changes reality, but the inner state from which the intention arises.”

That is why, at the beginning of this new year, it is essential not only to ask ourselves what we want, but where what we want comes from.

    Heart-Led Actions: The True Change

Year 1 invites us to take new actions but not just any actions.

Aligned actions. Felt actions, actions rooted in the heart.
When an action is born from fear, lack, or the need to prove something, it creates resistance.
When it is born from the heart, it becomes natural and supported by the field. In my approach Reconnection to the heart’s magnetic portal I guide souls precisely through this transition:

    • from doing to feeling, to being
    • from control to trust
    • from a fragmented mind to inner coherence

Through reconnection to the energy of the heart, it becomes possible to dissolve the blocks that prevent the heart from leading, allowing intention to emerge pure and powerful.

Trust in the Awakening of the Heart

The year 2026 does not ask for perfection. It asks for presence.
It does not ask us to know everything. It asks us to listen to the heart, one step at a time.

When the heart awakens, intention becomes a compass and life responds.

As Lynne McTaggart reminds us once again:

“When intention is born from the heart, the universe listens.”

May this new year be the beginning of a cycle in which you allow yourself to trust your inner wisdom, to act from a space of coherence and to let yourself be guided by your magnetic heart.

The awakening of the heart is already underway and every time you choose to listen to it, you are contributing not only to your own transformation, but also to that of the collective consciousness.

Happy new cycle, with an open heart!

  • From Mind to Heart: How Gratitude Realigns Your Daily Vibration

From Mind to Heart: How Gratitude Realigns Your Daily Vibration

    Dalla Mente al Cuore

When the Mind Speaks Too Much

Sara is a bit like many of us: days that feel like an obstacle course, caught between deadlines, family responsibilities and that inner voice whispering: “you haven’t done enough.” She woke up already anxious, went to bed with her head full of lists and often found herself awake at night, replaying all those “not enoughs.”

One day she confided in me: “Each thought feels like a stone. I just want a moment of peace that doesn’t depend on the chaos around me.”

So we tried a very simple, almost ordinary practice.

Every morning, before even placing her feet on the floor, Sara took a moment: hand on her heart, three deep breaths and three thank‑yous. Simple things, the warmth of her blanket, the smell of coffee drifting from the kitchen, or a ray of sunlight entering her window.

After a few days, she told me something that struck me: “The problems are still there, but it feels like they no longer crush me. My day starts from a different place.”

That moment of gratitude did not erase her challenges; it simply opened a window, letting in light and making everything feel softer.

This attention to gratitude acted as an opening, a doorway allowing her energy to align with a lighter vibration, a first step toward the opening of the heart.

    Why Gratitude Elevates Frequency

Gratitude is not just a thought; it is a state of consciousness that invites us to move out of the analytical mind and into the heart. When we choose to appreciate what is here, even the smallest details, we create coherence between heart and mind: the mind quiets, the heart expands and our vibration rises, connecting us with higher frequencies.

In this state of coherence, a deep clarity emerges: we are no longer reacting to external stimuli, we are responding from our inner truth.

This is the language of the heart and intuition, the compass that guides us toward what is authentic and life‑giving.

Many spiritual traditions and contemporary studies, including those from the HeartMathInstitute, show that heart‑based emotions influence the nervous system, perception, and inner state far more deeply than we often assume.

When we feel sincere gratitude, the heart’s rhythm becomes more harmonious, and this coherence creates a sense of well‑being, clarity, and presence.

The mind, when dominated by worry, gets trapped in repetitive cycles of thought, the well‑known mental rumination, which feeds fear and anxiety.

Gratitude does not “remove” challenges; it transforms our relationship with them: we stop resisting life as if we were at war with it and begin to welcome it with gentle openness.

This is exactly what we explore together in the Reconnection to the Heart’s Magnetic Portal: connecting to an energetic and intuitive field within us that goes beyond mental fluctuations and guides us toward a more loving and harmonious balance.

Practical Examples for Living in Gratitude

Gratitude upon waking: as soon as you open your eyes, inhale and exhale deeply three times, with your hands resting on your heart, imagining that you are breathing through it. Think of something, even tiny, for which you feel grateful.
The energy of the heart responds instantly to this shift in attention.
You can repeat this practice at night before falling asleep and, if possible, expand your list of gratitude moments from the day.

Gratitude before reacting: when you feel your mind activating with judgments or worries, pause for a moment and ask yourself: “What can I thank for right now?”
Even simply for the breath moving in and out of your body.

    Mente

These simple gestures do not require time, only attention and it is attention that transforms perception.

Conclusion: The Door of the Heart Is Always Open

Often, we search outside for the peace that already exists within us.

Gratitude is one of the keys that opens that inner door: it is not an escape from reality, but a way to meet it with a higher frequency.

Gratitude is much more than a kind word: it is an energetic doorway that connects us to the heart and lifts us out of obsessive mental dialogue into an open and grounded presence.

This reconnection, to ourselves, to life, to intuition, allows our frequency to resonate with love, clarity, and harmony.

When you choose to live from the heart, every moment becomes an opportunity for deep connection.

Gratitude doesn’t just change what you see, it changes the way the world appears to you and from that shift, life begins to vibrate at your highest truth.

If you feel this inner call, the practice of gratitude can become your first gentle step toward the Reconnection to the  heart’s magnetic portal, the gateway to a fuller, anchored, and vibrant life.

  • The difference between Energy, Vibration, and Frequency PART 3

The difference between Energy, Vibration, and Frequency PART 3

    Frequenza

    PART 3: FREQUENCY

The Music That Comes from Within

Once upon a time, there was an old craftsman named Leonardo, famous throughout the village for his wooden radios. These were not ordinary radios: they had no knobs to search for stations, only one large, smooth amber dial. People said these radios didn’t tune into external channels, but something that came from within the listener.

One day, his grandson Filippo, a boy often restless and melancholic, asked him:
“Grandpa, why does my radio always play such sad music? Sometimes it’s just a low, heavy hum, like a lament.”

Leonardo smiled gently, took the boy’s radio in his hands, and caressed it.
“It’s not the radio that is sad, Filippo. It’s playing the music it finds inside you. Think of it this way: your soul, right now, is like a room on the ground floor of a big house. Down there, in the dark, sounds are muffled, slow, a little gloomy. It’s normal to feel that way sometimes.”

    Filippo looked at him, confused.

“Frequency,” the grandfather continued, “is nothing more than the floor of the house where you choose to live with your thoughts. When you feel angry, disappointed, or sad, it’s as if you’re furnishing your basement. The sounds you’ll hear come from there, low and heavy, because that’s the ‘vibration’ of that room.”

“And how do I get to the higher floors?” the boy asked, with a hint of hope in his voice.

“You don’t need to make a huge effort. You don’t need to build a staircase. The staircase is already there. Start with something small. Tomorrow morning, when you wake up, instead of thinking about what you lack, pause for a moment. Think about the warmth of the sun coming through the window, the taste of toasted bread, the fact that you have a brand-new day ahead. You don’t need to pretend to be happy; you just need to notice one small beautiful thing. That thought, with its emotion, is the first step.”

Filippo decided to try. The next day, he woke up with the usual grey cloud in his mind and  he made an effort to remember his grandfather’s words. He focused on the smell of coffee rising from the kitchen.

He inhaled deeply and it felt as if a small crack of light had opened. As he ate breakfast, instead of dwelling on his problems, he looked at the wood grain of the table, wondering about the stories the tree had lived.

That afternoon, back home, he turned on his radio as usual. This time, instead of the usual moan, he heard a faint but clear melody, like a piano played from afar. It was still a little melancholic, yet there was a new sweetness in it.

He continued this way for days. He found small moments of gratitude: a kind word from a friend, the beauty of a flower by the roadside, the feeling of warm water on his skin. He wasn’t changing the world outside; he was simply shifting his attention, step by step.

A week later, he sat next to his radio and switched it on. From the wooden speaker came a full, vibrant music, like a string orchestra playing a melody filled with hope.

The notes were bright, almost crystalline.

He ran to his grandfather, eyes shining.

“Grandpa, it works! The music has changed!”

    Leo smiled.

“You see, Filippo? The radio never changed. You did. You haven’t eliminated the basement; it will always be part of the house. But you’ve learned that you can choose to spend your time on the higher floors, where the air is lighter and the music more beautiful. Frequency is simply this: choosing which inner music you want to listen to.”

    Introduction

If energy is the substance and vibration is the movement, frequency is the rhythm. It is the speed at which your energy vibrates. Higher frequencies correspond to expanded states of consciousness, purer emotions, greater clarity. Lower frequencies are connected to fear, contraction and disconnection.

Understanding frequency means learning to recognize your level of presence, awareness and openness.

Frequency as a State of Consciousness

Frequency is not “right” or “wrong.” It is a reflection of your inner state. When you feel connected, inspired, or peaceful, your frequency rises. When you feel anxious, judgmental, or tired, your frequency drops.

Frequency works like this: the more you elevate your inner world, the more you access new spaces of awareness and possibility.

    .

    How to Raise Your Frequency

    • Through presence in the body
    • Through emotional clarity
    • Through kinder thoughts
    • Through authentic connections
    • Through silence
    • Through gratitude

It’s not about “feeling good all the time” rather about consciously choosing the rhythm you want to live in.

    Conclusion

Energy, vibration, and frequency are three aspects of the same truth: your essence is alive, moving and constantly transforming. Understanding them means learning to live with more awareness, authenticity and presence.

  • The difference between Energy, Vibration, and Frequency PART 2

The difference between Energy, Vibration, and Frequency PART 2

    Vibrazione

    PART 2: VIBRATION

    The Garden of Resonance

A master tended a special garden. Every plant vibrated with a different note.

Some notes were sweet and harmonious, others dissonant. When students entered the garden, their emotional state shifted instantly. Those who entered with a heavy heart heard low, slow notes.
Those who arrived with joy heard bright and light melodies.

One day, one of the students asked:
“Master, what makes the notes of the garden change?”

    The master replied:

“The garden does not change its notes. You are the ones who change and the garden reflects you.”

Vibration works like this: it is the faithful mirror of your inner condition.

If energy is the raw material of the universe, vibration is the way that material moves.

Everything vibrates: your thoughts, your emotions, your cells, your words. Every choice you make shifts the quality of your vibration.

Understanding vibration means understanding that nothing is static. Life is not a still painting but a river in continuous movement.

    Vibration as Inner Movement

Imagine a large lake at sunset. The water is still, perfectly reflecting the sky. Then you throw a small pebble. Waves expand outward, touching every point on the surface.
This is vibration: the effect of your “being” rippling out into the world.

    Vibrations can be:

    • Harmonized, meaning coherent: when you are aligned with what you feel, think, and do.
    • Distorted, meaning incoherent: when you live in inner disharmony, when one part of you “says yes” and another part says “no”.

    How do you perceive vibration?

Vibration is felt in the body.A thought or emotion that supports you creates expansion.A thought or emotion that limits you creates contraction.

No esoteric technique is needed: just observe, listen, breathe.

    vibration

    Conclusion

Vibration is the movement that arises from the quality of your energy.

Understanding it allows you to transform how you relate to yourself and others.

It is the bridge between what you are and what you manifest.

See you next week for more on Frequency!

    The Inner Lantern

Once upon a time, there was a traveler who always carried a small lantern with her.

It wasn’t an ordinary lantern, the light inside was powered by her own energy.
Every time the traveler approached places or people that made her feel good, the lantern glowed with a warm, golden light. But when she found herself in heavy environments or situations that didn’t honor her truth, the lantern grew dim.

One day, a little girl asked her:
“Why does your lantern change its light?”The traveler smiled and replied:
“Because my light responds to my energy. If I protect it, it shines. If I neglect it, it weakens. The lantern is my heart. And you have one just like it.”

    Introduction

When you hear the word energy, you might also think of something abstract or invisible.
But what if I told you it’s actually the most concrete and real thing that exists?

Think of that feeling that gives you goosebumps when you listen to a song you love, or the warmth you feel in the embrace of someone dear.
Think of the charge you get from sunlight on your face, or the peace you feel walking through a forest.
That is energy. It’s not a mystery,  it’s the silent language through which life speaks to us every single moment.

It’s like an invisible thread connecting all our experiences: a laugh, a tear, a sudden intuition.

    Everything vibrates, everything is connected

Learning to recognize this energy simply means learning to listen to yourself more deeply.
It’s about feeling the flow that moves through you, sometimes pushing you to act, other times asking you to pause and breathe.
It’s the beginning of a more intimate dialogue with life, not only through the mind but also through the heart.

It’s a way to feel more present and, at the core, more truly alive.

To understand it means to recognize the deep movement that animates you and to learn how to interact with life from a more conscious place. On the spiritual path, energy is not just an abstract concept, it is presence, connection, and breath. It’s what you feel when you walk into a room and immediately sense whether the atmosphere nourishes you or drains you.
It’s what was pulsing within you long before you took physical form.

Energy as the Source of Everything

Imagine yourself standing in an ancient, vast forest. The trees are so tall they touch the sky.

You might think each tree is separate from the others, but if you look beneath the surface, you’ll discover a vast underground network of intertwined roots sharing information, nourishment, and protection.

This invisible network is energy.Energy is what exists even before form.It is the field that contains all possibilities.
When you desire something, when you feel an emotion, when you perform a kind act toward someone, you are moving energy.

There are different kinds of energy:

Emotional energy: you feel it when you experience joy, sadness, expansion, or contraction.
Mental energy: your thoughts shape it.
Spiritual energy: the silent space within you from which intuition, peace, and clarity arise.
Physical energy: how you feel in your body, the vitality that sustains you.

A simple way to recognize energy is to observe how you feel after an experience.
Some situations leave you lighter, others drain you.

It’s energy that moves, entering, leaving, and transforming.

    Conclusion

Energy is the original substance of your human and spiritual experience.

Recognizing it allows you to understand who you are, what nourishes you, and what pulls you away from yourself.

It is the foundation upon which vibration and frequency rest , the themes we will explore in the next parts.

  • The Dance of the Three Inner Worlds

Once upon a time, there was a young man named Luca. Every morning, he woke up early and gazed at the sky at dawn, his heart filled with a quiet restlessness. He wondered: “Who am I really? Where do I come from, and where am I going?” These were not just questions, but a deep longing, a call to reach beyond what he knew.

One day, as he wandered through the forest, he found a small spring. The water was so clear and still that it reflected every leaf and every ray of sunlight, like a magical mirror. Luca sat by the edge, mesmerized, and looked at his reflection. What he saw was not just his face or his body, but a subtler light, a vibrant energy that seemed to exist beyond the visible. It was as if his eyes had passed through the surface of the water to gaze into himself. In that mirror, Luca realized that several worlds moved within him: one he knew well, one hidden in the shadows, and a third, vaster one waiting to be discovered, an infinite potential calling him. From that moment, Luca felt that his true journey had just begun.

    The Three Levels of Being:

    The Conscious, the active observer

The conscious mind is like the helmsman of our inner ship. It’s the part of us that thinks, decides, reflects, the one that lives within the illusion of linear time: past, present, and future. It’s the young Luca sitting by the water, observing himself, asking questions, and seeking answers. It’s our rational and analytical aspect.

As the wise Joe Dispenza reminds us, “If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself and reinvent a new self.” This truth resonates deeply, because if our conscious mind keeps using the same maps and following the same routes, it remains trapped in what it already knows. It will keep circling, desiring a new horizon but never daring to change direction. The conscious mind can guide us, yes but only if it is willing to open itself to new possibilities.

The Subconscious , the invisible director

Beneath the surface of our awareness lies a hidden kingdom, like the roots of a great tree:

the subconscious. It is the realm of memories, emotions, beliefs, and all those inner programs that influence our actions without us realizing it. They shape about 95% of the reality we experience.Imagine Luca looking at his reflection: he sees the surface of the water but cannot perceive the unseen currents that stir the depths. Those currents shape his perceptions and reactions.

Joe Dispenza tells us: “Meditation is a way to move beyond your analytical mind so you can access your subconscious mind. That’s crucial, because the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.”

Change, therefore, does not come only from thinking differently, but from feeling differently, from reprogramming ourselves at a deeper level.

He also says: “When you think from your past memories, you can only create past experiences… you continually reaffirm your life as you know it.” As long as we are guided only by the conscious mind, drawing from the reservoir of the past, we risk recreating the same patterns again and again. It’s like a record that keeps playing the same song, attracting, through resonance, the same situations, until we finally decide to change the tune.

    The Superconscious, the divine mind

Beyond all this exists a vaster realm: the Superconscious, or Higher Self. It is the part of us connected to the universal intelligence, the infinite source of creation, the divine essence of who we truly are. Picture Luca sitting silently by the spring: suddenly, he no longer observes just his reflection or the hidden currents, he feels a deeper call, a whisper from his soul. The water becomes a shimmering portal toward something immense.

Joe Dispenza teaches us: “The quantum field responds not to what we want; it responds to who we are being.” It’s not desire alone that attracts a new reality, but our state of being. Becoming the frequency of what we wish to experience, that is the true art of transformation.

And he adds: “To be free, unlimited, creative, divine… that is who you are. Once you feel this way, memorize this feeling; this is who you really are.” The superconscious is not an abstract concept, but our purest essence, our unlimited potential waiting to be fully embodied.

The Harmony of the Three Levels

Imagine these three spheres of the mind as a dance.

The conscious mind is the captain of the ship, setting the course.

The subconscious is the submerged engine, powerful yet silent, often running on old programs.

The superconscious is the North Star, the light guiding us toward our true essence.

If the captain doesn’t communicate with the engine, the ship moves, yes, but follows old currents. Yet when the captain lifts his gaze to the star, when he connects to the guidance of the Higher Self, he can redefine his path, and the engine realigns to this new direction.

“A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom.”

When we bring awareness to the subconscious, when we can observe our wounds without reliving them, pain transforms into wisdom. And when we open to the superconscious, the conscious mind stops fighting and begins to flow, guided by a higher intelligence.

    From Knowledge to Experience

Day after day, Luca returned to the spring. He breathed slowly, placed his attention in his heart, and imagined light rising from the depths of the water toward the sky. He felt his heartbeat, the flow, the peace. He understood he was no longer just the reflection, he was the wave, the vibration of life itself.

He whispered words of gratitude, let silence embrace him, and little by little, the world around him began to change: synchronicities, sudden insights, a lightness he had never known. He had started being different before any visible change appeared  and life, naturally, began to dance with him.

    In Conclusion

The conscious mind is the doorway; the subconscious is the ground we walk upon; the superconscious is the sky we rise toward. When these three align, life ceases to be a struggle,

it becomes flow, harmony, a living symphony.

By dancing with these inner worlds, we become not just spectators but conscious creators of our reality. As Dispenza reminds us: “The quantum field responds not to what we want, but to who we are being.”

Sit quietly now. Breathe. Feel which level of your being is most alive in you at this moment… and ask yourself: Who do I want to be? Not what do I want to have, but who do I want to become.

And perhaps, like Luca, you will discover that the clear water before you reflects an infinite sky.

Let’s discover the gifts of clear water together and dance joyfully with life
