Why do you keep attracting the same painful situations

Situazioni dolorose

You constantly live in relationships that repeat themselves. Failures that come back with different faces.
You have a clear, almost physical feeling that something inside you is reliving a script written by someone else. And you don’t know how to stop it.It’s not bad luck. These are subconscious memories vibrating like invisible magnets.

When you reprogram that frequency at the root, the external reality has nothing left to hold onto. It stops repeating itself.

Imagine your subconscious as a record that always plays the same track. You change jobs, you change partners, you change cities , but the record is the same. And the music it emits attracts exactly what its notes call in.

These memories settled in before you even had words to describe them. In the first years of life. In the womb. Sometimes in the transgenerational energy field, inherited just as you inherit the color of your eyes.

Your body feels them. That knot in your stomach before an important choice. That breath that shortens when someone gets too close. It’s not anxiety: it’s a memory screaming.

Joe Dispenza in “Becoming Supernatural” describes it with a precision that leaves you breathless: “Most people try to create a new personal reality using the same personality. But you can’t create a different future if you keep thinking, feeling and acting the same way as the past. Personality creates personal reality.”

Stop for a moment on these words. Personality creates personal reality. This means that as long as your internal system: your beliefs, your emotional memories, your automatic reactions, remains unchanged, external reality has no other choice but to confirm what it already knows.
Not because life is unfair, but because your energy field is emitting a precise signal and that signal attracts experiences coherent with itself.

Dispenza adds: “Emotions are the language of the body. And the body doesn’t know how to distinguish between what is happening on the outside and what it remembers from the inside.” This is why those painful situations keep coming back: the body is calling them in. Not consciously.

But through the emotional frequency it transmits every day, unconsciously.

Subconscious reprogramming works exactly there. Not in the rational mind, that is only the surface of the lake. You go down where the water is dark and still, where the original instructions live.

Through the coherence between heart and brain, a coherent field is created: the heart stops fighting the brain. In that space, doors open that willpower alone doesn’t even come close to touching.
It is in this state of deep calm that the nervous system lowers its defenses and allows old beliefs to emerge into the light of awareness.

This is where the transformation happens: we don’t erase the memory, because the story is part of you.
We deactivate its magnetic power. We transform the emotional charge that made that pain “familiar” and therefore attractive to your system.

When that record changes its track, your reality has no other choice but to change its choreography.
The people and situations that resonated with the old frequency simply find no more grip in your field. They fade away or transform, making space for experiences that reflect your new inner vibration.

You’re not breaking a cycle by fighting against it. You are finally stopping feeding it from within.

Because what you are inside becomes what you live outside.

If you feel these words touch a true chord inside you, listen to that call.
It is time to change the music.

I am here, I listen to you with an open heart, in total absence of judgment and together we have the possibility of changing that old record that no longer serves us.
